How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Aanya will send a confirmation mail for your order to the email address associated with your order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Yes! But please contact us via our Contact Form or at info@aanya.com.hk and we will let you know once it is available for sale on Aanya.

Please be aware that different monitors display colours differently and also depends on whether or not the display has been calibrated correctly.
  • If a colour match is essential order, DO NOT rely on the photograph entirely.
  • Kindly note down that colour shades may vary from dye-lot to dye-lot.
  • Some colours may differ slightly from the photographs.

Where can I find information on the fabric and material?

We list out the fabric and material composition for every single product on our product pages. If you would like to more information on the nature of the fabric, sourcing or production practices, please get in touch with us at info@aanya.com.hk.

What about colour and pricing?

Kindly note down that colour shades may vary from dye-lot to dye-lot. Some colours may differ slightly from the photographs. We strive to ensure our photographs are as accurate as possible on a correctly calibrated monitor.
We understand it isn't always possible to attain an exact colour match in our photographs and as such samples are available upon request. Please note prices of products are subject to change without notification.

SHIPPING

What is the shipping fee and timeline for all deliveries within Hong Kong?

For orders placed within Hong Kong, we offer a flat rate of HKD$30 for all standard deliveries. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days once payment is received. Please allow 1-2 working days for your item to arrive within Hong Kong.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer a flat rate of USD15 ($HKD 150)* for international deliveries to select countries. Free delivery for all orders over USD 150. If your country is not listed below, please contact us at info@aanya.com.hk and we can arrange for a courier at your own cost.

Countries we deliver to: Australia, Canada, China*, Egypt, France, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan*, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia*, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore*, South Africa, Taiwan*, UAE, United Kingdom & United States.

*Lower delivery rates apply depending on location. You will be notified on your special rate upon checkout.
